Refund Policy

Refund for services must be submitted within 7 days of the provided service. If you are unsatisfied with any of the services, please notify Health Simplified LLC by email to healthsimplifiedtoday@gmail.com with an explanation of your situation and your desired outcome. Because many of our services include providing the client with physical content (material, plans, information, etc), you may only be refunded 50% of the initial price. It is possible for individuals to sign up for our services and then ask for a refund after they have already been given physical materials like nutrition or fitness plans.

Cancellation Policy

There is a courtesy 24-hour cancellation policy for any service that we are providing and have an appointed time and date for that particular service.

Transportation Fee

Many of our services are offered through Skype, Telephone, or other digital technology from separate locations. Because some clients prefer face to face interaction, there will be an additional $25 charge to your service for transportation and travel time.

 

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Health Simplified LLC from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

 

Severability
