After deciding that Health Simplified Complete Nutrition would be a great fit for you based on your perspective and goals, schedule your 15 minute free call where we can discuss your goals and challenges and determine whether we would make a great team!
After our phone conversation, your next step is to complete a questionnaire by clicking the "Questionnaire" button below. This should direct you to a Google Form called "Complete Nutrition Prospective Client Questionnaire." This may take roughly 20 minutes to complete. After completing this task, you will be contacted within 2 business days to confirm your first appointment time. If you are a current client and need to book an appointment, Click Here.
After you have been accepted as a client of ours, you will be sent a link where you will be able to select your Payment Plan depending on your service. There is no need to pay beforehand. If you have a monthly payment schedule, your payment will auto-renew each month for the duration of your service.
